What is The Reggie Foundation?

The Reggie Foundation began with a small act of kindness—a little bear one of our students, Sophie, crocheted one day. This bear, now affectionately known as Reggie, quickly became a symbol of comfort, love, and support for anyone in need of a smile or a bit of extra care.

Reggie’s warmth spread through our school, and soon we realized we wanted to share that love beyond our classrooms. That’s how The Reggie Foundation was born.

Here’s how it works:

  1. In the first class of a new term, each of our students receive a token worth £1.

  2. This token can be used to support one of three different charities selected by our team.

  3. Reggie then tallies up all the tokens and sends the value to each chosen charity.

We also fundraise throughout the year at our events and via student-made Reggie Foundation products in our shop. This money is distributed equally between our chosen charities.

REGGIE SHOP HIGHLIGHT!

For December 2024, we’re thrilled to feature Lois Taylor, a talented student whose original hand-drawn design shines on her very own limited-edition Rachael Reynolds School of Dance t-shirt. Printed on premium organic cotton, this eco-friendly, modern-fit tee combines comfort, durability, and vibrant artistry in one wearable masterpiece. Lois has a passion and talent for art and expressed her interest in designing something for the school in 2023. We’re so proud to have given Lois the space to share her love of art with the world.

But, this is an extremely limited run of just 25 shirts! Once they’re gone, they’re gone. You can own a piece of Rachael Reynolds history and also support our beloved Reggie Foundation in the process.

REGGIE SHOP HIGHLIGHT!

For November 2024, we’re excited to spotlight Jack Allen in the Reggie Shop! Jack, one of our talented students, has started his own 3D printing business called *3D Heatwaves*, where he sells amazing printed products online. We asked Jack to create special Reggie keyrings in Reggie’s favorite color—green! We absolutely love how they sparkle in the light, and the silhouette of Reggie looks fantastic.

You can order your own Reggie keyring from the Official Reggie Shop for just £2.50, with all proceeds going to support this term’s chosen charities.
